The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! Situated in Stadtmitte, it's like staying in the heart of a high-end shopping paradise. The upscale flagship stores, boutiques, and jewelers clustered around Königsallee make this area a shopaholic's dream come true. It's like being immersed in a charming leafy boulevard that frames the Stadtgraben canal.

Well, the room was super new and had everything I needed - like a private bathroom 🚿. It even had cool extras like a fridge, an oven, and kitchen stuff, which came in really handy.

No complaints, the venue met standard, totally recommend it. Came in Dusseldorf to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was perfect base for doing it. The location of the venue was excellent and good - around 10-15 minutes walk from Konigsallee. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy seating area where we could relax and watch our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was a big plus for us, it had all the necessary toiletries and a refreshing shower. The balcony in our apartment was a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the beautiful view. We loved the fact that the studio was soundproof, it allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep. Having a dishwasher in the suite made cleaning up after meals a breeze.

Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom unnecessary, but I know some people may appreciate this feature.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The owner manager was attentive. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby. Modern design, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice air conditioning. Friendly staff and good security. Complementary snacks and drinks.

Heater was too hot, had to open the balcony door.

The staff was so helpful, they even gave me free parking because apparently they have some extra space, fancy that! And the breakfast staff went above and beyond, offering to help me without me even asking.
